Greying beard
By this time the beard is beginning to get more grey. But those frosty whiskers (along with the accumulated experiences) may have convinced Business School Deans that I was now ready for opportunities to coach and lead a bit more. I worked as a consultant in two Business Schools during this time. I was able to rely a lot on the contacts and skills I had acquired during the curricular collaborations.
