QUT Case Study

After much deliberation, Queensland University of Technology decided to give up their in-house designed LMS in favour of one of the commercially supported platforms and eventually decided on Blackboard.  It was a very large implementation, with the usual resistance from champions of the in-house system and indifference from many who would rather not have any LMS to learn about.

I was contracted to design, develop and deliver workshops intensively over a 12 month period.  This attachment demonstrates the breadth of that technical achievement, containing the checklists from the introductory and advanced workshops which I delivered. Blackboard LMS Training Outcome Checklists
